From the Teacher
Having advanced from the Nursery Class, the students in our Primary class are filled with both excitement and enlightenment. Our efforts to utilize interactive methods to engage the students while encouraging their participation assists in their education of minds and discipleship of their hearts.

This quarter the students will study the Exodus, the wilderness journey, and the Israelites' entrance into the Promised Land. Each week your child will have the opportunity to build a pyramid. There were probably thousands of tents around Mount Sinai when the people of Israel camped there and you child can color his own tent for the Mount Sinai scene, he can color a palm tree to hang somewhere in the Promised Land scene - around houses, by the Jordan River etc.
Humperdinck, a one hump camel, is our mascot. His great, great, great, great, great grandpa escaped from Egypt with the Israelites. Humperdinck recalls stories he heard from his grandpa and would like to share them with you. Your child will have a chance to learn how to write their name with hieroglyphs and Hebrew letters. |
Certification Our Primary care Teachers have been fingerprinted along with FBI background checks. They have also completed a "Teacher's Certification" course, and "Act to keep childrens ministry safe course".
